No Call / No Show

If you miss an appointment without cancelling with 24 hour notice, Pampered Pups charges 50 percent of your missed appointment.  This must be paid prior to rescheduling your appointment.

If you miss a second appointment with Pampered Pups without cancelling, you will no longer be allowed to use Pampered Pups' services.
