JAMIE SAUNDERS

Owner

Jamie has been grooming for over 14 years. She got her start in grooming at a busy box store salon, very quickly she realized grooming was what she was meant to do. Jamie worked hard learning whatever she could from the senior staff and eventually moved into managing the salon.
After 8 years at that salon she left and founded Pampered Pups by Jamie. Jamie built Pampered Pups with the core mission of providing a low stress grooming visit for each dog while delivering high quality grooms.
When not grooming Jamie enjoys being with her family and furkids. Jamie works out of our Kingston location, is not currently accepting new clients.

MARSHA SMITH

Senior stylist

Marsha has been grooming for over 17 years. She started her grooming career as a hobby in her home, from here she completed the vet assistant program at St. Lawrence College. Marsha then began grooming at a busy salon and spent many years learning and growing her very loyal clientele. Marsha soon left to be reunited with Jamie at Pampered Pups by Jamie. When Marsha isn't grooming she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening. Marsha works out of our Kingston location, and is accepting a handful of new clients.

KIM PERRY

Senior stylist

Kim started her grooming career at the early age of 12, taking on her family's Shih tzu as her first client. Her professional career started at age 17 and has spanned over the past 30 years. When not at work Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and being on the water. Kim works out of our Kingston location, and is accepting new small dog clients.

ASHLEY MURPHY

Stylist

Ashley found her love for animals when she did a co-op in high school at a local vet office. From here Ashley attended St. Lawrence College's vet assistant program. Upon completion she was hired as a vet assistant but soon started grooming for the vet clinic. Ashley left here and joined Jamie and Marsha at a local big box store salon as a Bather. Ashley took 6 years off to be a stay at home mom before rejoining Marsha and Jamie at Pampered Pups. Jamie started showing Ashley how to perform haircuts. Ashley has been a Pet stylist for approximately 4 years. When not grooming Ashley enjoys spending time with her kids. Ashley works out of our Napanee location and is currently accepting new clients.

RACHEL OLMSTEAD

Stylist

Rachel is a graduate of the vet assistant program at St. Lawrence College, it is here she got a taste of grooming. As a co-op student she spent time at Pampered Pups by Jamie and very quickly showed what an asset she would be to the team. Rachel was offered a part time position at Pampered Pups but soon moved into a full time member. After mastering the skills as a bather, Rachel moved on to learning how to perform haircuts. Rachel has been grooming for approximately 5 years now. When not grooming Rachel enjoys spending time with family and her dog Odin. Rachel works out of our Kingston location and is accepting new clients at this time.

Georgia Ross

Assistant/reception

Georgia is a graduate of the vet assistant program at St. Lawrence College. Georgia completed her co-op at our salon and fell in love with grooming. When not at work Georgia enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs.

Sara Lalande

Bather/reception

Sara works in our Napanee location and is responsible for completing bath and brush appointments and nails appointments.

Sharon Hulbert

Stylist

Sharon has been grooming for approximately 7 years and has recently joined the Pampered Pups team. Sharon splits time between both locations and is currently accepting new clients.

Rae Tyhuis

Stylist

Rae has been grooming for approximately 1.5 years. She has recently joined the Pampered Pups team and works out of our Kingston location. Rae is currently accepting new clients.

VPs of First Impressions

These boys come to work daily with their mom and are often found playing with our furry clients. In their down time they love boating, swimming and playing with their beagle siblings at home.
