Information and Forms

Both Pampered Pups locations operate  by scheduled appointments. It is incredibly important that you arrive on time ( not early or late) for your drop off and pick up time. When you arrive at the wrong time it greatly disrupts the dogs in our care and puts our staff off schedule. 

We do not offer boarding or doggie daycare. We offer low stress grooming, meaning your dog is groomed start to finish and then goes straight home. No kennels, no long wait times. 

 

Each new client is required to read and fill out our New client form. If possible,  please download the form from the link below, print a copy and bring it filled out to your appointment. 

If your pet is matted please download the Matted form, print a copy and bring it filled out to your appointment.
